Discover our products from Fukuoka Prefecture

"Kabo-Shu" - a delicious drink with kabosu and shochu

If you like yuzu, you will love kabosu: Kabosu is a Japanese citrus fruit that looks like a lime, is related to yuzu and has a taste somewhere between lemon and blood orange. Combined with kokuto shochu, i.e. shochu made from brown sugar, it makes a delicious drink that is quick and easy to mix.

About Drinks: Kaga Umeshu 5 Years now available exclusively at Ginza Berlin

about-drinks, the online magazine for drinks professionals, reports on the new addition to our portfolio, the Kaga Umeshu 5 Years. In addition to the "normal" Kaga and the sparkling Kaga Umeshu, you can now also find the Kaga Umeshu 5 Years, which matures for five years in steel tanks and is therefore particularly mild and complex.

Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition - Gold & Superior Gold in the Shochu section

It's no secret that we are big fans of Japan's traditional spirit, shochu. That's why it's always a pleasure for us every year when the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition (TWSC) presents its results in the Shochu division. This is because the prize winners always include some familiar products that are part of our range.

For rice fans: The "Rice Lover" - with vodka and kome shochu

Rice and rice like to go together, just like here with our "Rice Lover", the ultimate drink with vodka and shochu. Both rice-based, of course. Combined with Kabosu liqueur and maraschino, you get a delicious and fresh drink that is fun to drink.

Japanese tea and Japanese alcohol

Japan and tea are virtually inseparable. The hot drink has played an important role in the Land of the Rising Sun since the 8th century. It is also hard to imagine the production of alcohol without tea. Liqueurs made or refined with tea can be found in the product landscape, as can tea shochu or gin, in which tea is used as a botanical.
