We have 11 new products in our store, including two shochus, a rum, three more professional bar liqueurs from Dover (Azuki Bean, Yomogi, Kumquat), a new gin, an Umeshu, two new sakes and the Yamazaki Soda Water from Suntory, our first non-alcoholic product.

Craft Spirits Awards 2020: Shochu scores points in Berlin
The Craft Spirits Awards 2020 were presented at a ceremony in Berlin on March 6, 2020. For the first time this year, there was also a "Shochu" category. Ginza Berlin GmbH submitted eight shochus to the competition. The result: 6 x silver, 2 x gold!

Craft Spirits Festival Berlin at the Heeresbäckerei

JapanFestival Berlin at the Urania: 450 live artists, 120 exhibitors

Cool down with shochu on the rocks - light and low in calories
Shochu is especially refreshing in summer, as the Japanese cult drink does not usually have quite as much alcohol volume. A good way to enjoy shochu in summer: Pour 5 cl into a tumbler and fill the glass with ice. And your summer drink is ready!
