We have two new gins in our store, a great Imo Shochu and the Kaga Umeshu 5 Years. One special feature is the JIN7 Limited, which was produced in a very small batch of just 1,096 bottles. Only 60 bottles are destined for the German market, and we have secured them for you. A delicious rarity that impresses with its fruity nuances.
JIN 7 Limited
An absolute rarity from the house of Oyama Jinchichi Shoten: The JIN7 Limited is produced with 21 botanicals. The focus is on tropical fruits, all of which come from Kagoshima Prefecture. The botanicals used include passion fruit, star fruit, dragon fruit, plum, blueberry, Tahitian lime, watermelon, cucumber, tomato, shishito (Japanese chili), ginger and shiso. These extremely fruity components are combined with herbal botanicals typical of the JIN7 range, such as rose geranium, mint, Mexican marigold and lemongrass, which come from Japan's oldest herb garden "Kaimon Sanroku" in Ibusuki.

Omoya Gin
The new fantastic Omoya Gin comes straight from Iki Island. Made with just two botanicals - juniper berries and yuzu - this gin is extremely complex and aromatic.
The alcoholic basis for Omoya Gin is the finest Iki Shochu made from barley. To produce the gin, the two botanicals juniper berries and yuzu are first macerated for several weeks and then distilled. The yuzu fruits used for the gin come exclusively from Iki Island. The raw materials for the shochu are also grown by the distillery itself on Iki Island.
TEN SHO CHU
Ten Sho Chu is a very special sweet potato shochu (imo shochu), as the yeast and koji for this shochu were grown in a NASA space shuttle in zero gravity. It is also the first product to be created with Atsuhime yeast. This special yeast, which is extracted from the earth, gives the shochu a particularly airy taste.
The Ten Sho Chu has a special lightness and mildness. It is particularly aromatic and complex, but at the same time extremely refreshing and floral. It has an elegant sweetness from the sweet potatoes. The finish is long with a pleasant spiciness. It is made with white koji.
Kaga Umeshu 5 Years
Our extremely popular Kaga Umeshu is now also available as a matured version: the liqueur from Manzairaku is aged for 5 years in steel tanks. The result: an extremely smooth and mild umeshu with a complex and intense taste. Only benisashi ume is used, which is rich in amino acids and minerals and has a lovely umami flavor. It is produced in Ishikawa Prefecture. A special drop that impresses with its complexity and depth.
The KagaUmeshu 5 Years is produced using a traditional technique. It matures for five years in steel tanks and has a clear and rich taste of ume. The balance between sweetness and acidity is perfectly balanced. The long ageing process gives this umeshu a complex, intense yet mild taste.
