All theory is gray... We think so too! That's why we invite you to taste our Japanese delicacies live and on site. At the tasting table in our wonderful Atelier Ginza, we will take you on a journey into the world of Japanese sake, shochu, gin, whisky and more.

October 1 is one of the most important days in the sake calendar. Also known as Sake Day or "Nihonshu no Hi" (日本酒の日), it marks the start of the new production season for all sake producers. To make it a little more relaxed for everyone, we are postponing our Sake Day celebration by one day and using the evening before the public holiday (German Unity Day).
