Vesper Japonaise - the classic with Japanese ingredients

The Vesper cocktail goes back to the author Ian Fleming, who invented it for his hero James Bond. Basically a variation on the Martini cocktail, the Versper is prepared with Lillet instead of Vermouth.

Kasu-Tini: a gin cocktail with a Japanese twist

The Kasu-Tini combines classic martini elements with shochu, in this case with Setsuguru Sake Kasu Shochu, made from Daiginjo sake pomace, which brings a lot of sake flavor to the drink. Quick and easy to prepare and simply delicious!

Sesame Negroni: Shochu cocktail with character

The Negroni is an extremely popular cocktail, whether mixed at home or drunk in your favorite bar. The great thing about this cocktail is that the alcoholic (basic) base, which is actually gin, can also be varied. The Negroni always tastes good! Even in a variation with shochu.

Nippon Algonquin: The classic in Japanese

The classic Algonquin cocktail was named after a historic hotel in Midtown Manhattan, New York, and combines (rye) whisky, vermouth and pineapple. We have modified it slightly with our Japanese spirits to create the Nippon Algonquin cocktail.

Preparing a cocktail with a sweet potato shochu (imo shochu) is almost a fine art, as the imo often simply goes under. However, this drink is completely different. The sweet potato really shines here!
