Akebono No Ume Shochu cocktail

Kokuto shochu, i.e. shochu made from brown sugar, is a great alcoholic base for cocktails. The Sato No Akebono Genshu with its 43% vol. is particularly suitable for mixing. The taste of this shochu is somewhat reminiscent of an agricole rum, and in combination with umeshu and white vermouth, it quickly creates a fruity cocktail. And it goes like this:
Akebono No Ume
Ingredients:
2.5 cl Kaga Umeshu
2.5 cl white vermouth (e.g. Dolin Blanc)
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and then pour into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
