Galumbi Drinks and more had our Dover Azuki liqueur in a glass and wrote a great review about the product. You will also find a delicious recipe with the mezcal-based Azuki liqueur. Mixing is highly recommended!

Aka-Murasaki" recipe:
4.5 cl Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
2 cl Dover Azuki Liqueur
3 cl lemon juice
1 cl agave syrup
1 heaped bar spoon of sour cherry jam
1 egg white
2 dashes Amargo Chuncho Bitters
Preparation: First mix all the ingredients in a shaker to make a dry shake without ice (alternatively, froth with a milk frother in the shaker). Then shake again vigorously with ice and double strain into a pre-chilled glass.
