Kasu-Tini: a gin cocktail with a Japanese twist

The Kasu-Tini combines classic martini elements with shochu, in this case with Setsuguru Sake Kasu Shochu, made from Daiginjo sake pomace, which brings a lot of sake flavor to the drink.
For the Kasu-Tini, simply pour 4 cl Kanomori Gin, 2 cl Setsuguru Sake Kasu Shochu, 2 cl Ferdinand's Riesling Vermouth and 2 dashes Angustura Bitters into a shaker with plenty of ice, shake well and pour into a glass.
