Our Hon Mirin Mukashi Ikomi made it into the Mixology tasting round in November and was rated as very good. We are of course particularly pleased about this. Author Marco Beier's verdict: "Very exceptional - and you should be very surprised if you don't see this bottle in the best bakery bars in Germany in the future."
