ProwWein will take place in Düsseldorf from 19 - 21.03.2023. We will be there for the first time with our own stand and look forward to your visit in Hall 14, Stand H53. Stop by and try our delicious sake and mirin. Of course, we'll also be bringing some exciting liqueurs and shochu with us. We look forward to your visit!

Mixology tasting round: Our Hon Mirin Mukashi Ikomi in the test

Our Hon Mirin Mukashi Ikomi made it into the Mixology tasting round in November and was rated as very good. We are of course particularly pleased about this. Author Marco Beier's verdict: "Very exceptional - and you should be very surprised if you don't see this bottle in the best bakery bars in Germany in the future." What's more, our mirin has now also been nicknamed "Liquid Teriyaki".
