"Eating through Japan in Berlin in 48 hours" - Japan in Berlin from its culinary side

Kristof Mulack, chef and restaurateur and also known as the winner of the 3rd season of The Taste, has made a great video about Japanese food and drink in Berlin. As part of this, he was of course also with us at Atelier Ginza, tasting sake and shochu, and also preparing delicious udon with wagyu, which we were able to enjoy together with him. Ginza Berlin in the Morgenpost Tasting September

We are really looking forward to being part of the popular Morgenpost Tasting in September! The Morgenpost Tasting takes place once a month in different locations. At the tasting, guests can enjoy 5 drinks including food pairing at the special price of €55.90 per person. From Thursday, September 12 to Monday, September 23, the Morgenpost tasting with food pairing will take place at Atelier Ginza every evening - except Sundays - from 6.30 pm. You can expect four Japanese spirits and a sake, accompanied by delicious food.
