Fresh, fruity, aromatic: the "Kusa"

Dover liqueurs are perfect for mixing great cocktails. They are also fantastic for making pastries, confectionery and desserts. They bring seasonality and Japanese flavors to individual drinks. You only need a very small amount to achieve a great result. The "Kusa" even uses two Dover liqueurs for one drink. The combination of the sweet Dover Persimmon with the herbaceous Dover Yomogi creates a fruity, fresh aroma in the glass. 

For the "Kusa" you need:

- 3cl Okuhida Vodka
- 2cl Kanade Yuzu Liqueur
- 1cl Dover Persimmon Liqueur
- 1cl Dover Yomogi Liqueur

Stir all the ingredients over ice and enjoy.
