The fizzz has asked us about Japan in relation to gastronomy trends. "For almost ten years, Ilka and Kai Fryder have been ensuring that Japanese beverage culture gets more attention in Germany with their online store "Ginza". And for around a year now, they have also been running a bricks-and-mortar shop in their "Atelier Ginza" in Berlin. We spoke to them about the development of their market segment, adventurous beginnings and what plans they have for "Ginza" in the coming year."
