New from us: Sake from Zuiyo in Kumamoto
We are delighted to introduce you to our new sake producer Zuiyo from Kumamoto. We discovered his great products on our last trip to Japan and immediately fell in love with them. We hope you feel the same way! Taihachi Yoshimura founded Zuiyo in Kawashiri in 1867 and was one of the pioneers of sake production in Kumamoto. Previously, only the local specialty Akazake was produced here.
