Lemon Sour with the Niseko Coffee Shochu - a heavenly combination

A lemon sour is the perfect drink for hot days: refreshing, sparkling and low in alcohol. The alcoholic base is always shochu, whereby barley (mugi) or rice (kome) shochu is usually used. The Niseko Coffee Shochu takes the lemon sour to a whole new level. The coffee flavour harmonizes particularly well with the taste of fresh lemon.

You will need:
- 4cl Niseko Coffee Shochu
- juice of one organic lemon
- 120ml soda (filler from e.g. Schweppes, Thomas Henry or similar, not normal sparkling water)

Pour all the ingredients into a long drink glass with plenty of ice, stir gently and top with pieces of lemon peel. Kanpai!
