Happy Owl - whisky and shochu in the finest combination

Kofukuro Shochu is an extremely aromatic shochu made from roasted barley, which unfolds its beautiful notes of cocoa and coffee particularly well in the cocktail. In combination with whisky and paku-chii coriander, it reveals fruity and spicy nuances with depth.

You need:

- 3cl Makers Mark Whisky
- 2cl Kofukuro Shochu
- 2cl Paku-chii Coriander
- 1cl Simple Syrup

Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Kanpai!
