Quick to mix and simply delicious: the shochutini

The shochutini is simply mixed; instead of vermouth in the classic martini recipe, shochu is used here. Our creation is almost a satsutini, as the Daiyame Shochu used here comes from the famous Satsuma region. And the Wa Bi gin comes from very close to this great region on the beautiful island of Kyushu.
All you need for the Shochutini / Satsutini is:
- 5 cl Wa Bi Gin and
Shake both ingredients with plenty of ice, strain into a glass and enjoy.
Incidentally, the Shochutini works in principle with any shochu and any gin. In this case, it is a very special combination in terms of taste, as the Dayiame has such extremely great notes of lychee and elderflower.
