Fall is here! Mix great Japanese cocktails with our new Dover liqueurs

Autumn can taste this good! Dover liqueurs can be found in every well-stocked bar in Japan. They are characterized not only by their high quality, but also by their very natural taste. An absolute enrichment for every bar. And every cocktail.

The liqueurs are versatile and were developed by Dover not only for the professional bar scene, but also for the production of pastries, confectionery and desserts. They bring both seasonality and Japanese flavors to cocktails, gastronomy and patisserie. The persimmon, chestnut and shiso flavors are particularly great in autumn. You will also find yuzu, green tea, ginger and cherry blossom in our store. Kumquat will be added with the new delivery from December.

Here's a lovely fall recipe, recommended by Dover, using their persimmon liqueur:

Lyric [柿]

  • 30ml Dover persimmon liqueur (persimmon)
  • 20ml Bourbon whisky or Japanese whisky
  • 1 piece of orange peel

Preparation:

Pour the whisky into a glass filled with ice cubes. Pour the liqueur over it. Stir briefly. Add the orange peel and enjoy. Kanpai!
