A shochu cocktail to fall in love with - the WABISABI from the Lang Bar
Wir waren für ein Shochu-Tasting in der Lang Bar des Waldorf Astoria. Mixologen, Bartender, Beverage Manager und Hotelgäste kamen in den Genuss von sechs Craft Shochus aus Kyūshū. Im Anschluss an das Tasting kreierte Daniel Scherr, Bar Manager der Lang Bar, fantastische Shochu-Cocktails.
