Batata Mexicana - Mezcal and sweet potato: a delicious pairing

The smokiness of the mezcal harmonizes particularly well with the sweet notes of the sweet potato shochu (imo). Combined with a little yomogi liqueur (Japanese mugwort) and cherry bitters, the result is a fruity, smoky drink with a lovely complexity.

For the "Batata Mexicana" you need:
- 4cl Ookubo Shochu (Imo)
- 2cl Mezcal (Joven)
- 1cl Dover Yomogi liqueur
- 2 Dashes Cherry Bitters

Stir all ingredients over ice, strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.
