"Sensei" - Herbs x Shochu "masterfully" staged

Shochu is probably the most varied spirit in the world. No wonder, as it can be made from 53 approved raw materials. This alone creates a variety that is hard to beat.
The "Sensei" combines 2 shochus in one cocktail. A coriander spirit, made with a shochu base, a little lemon and rhubarb are added. The result is a fruity and herbal combination that packs a punch.
You need:
- 3cl Paku-chii Spirit (coriander spirit)
- 2cl Yamanoka Shiso Shochu
- 1cl Kakuzou Shochu (Mugi)
- 1cl Lemon Rocks Liqueur
- 0,5cl Simple Syrup
- 2-3 Dashes Rhubarb Bittes
Stir all the ingredients over ice, strain and enjoy.
