Refreshing and fruity: Sekitoba Yuzu-Shochu with sparkling wine

Sekitoba Yuzu-Shochu combines delicious yuzu juice from Kagoshima with the finest Imo Shochu (sweet potato). This liqueur is extremely floral and fruity. A pleasant acidity underlines the sweet-bitter interplay of Japan's most popular citrus fruit. Infused with sparkling wine, it is an extremely refreshing and fruity drink that can be mixed very quickly.

You need:

- 50ml Sekitoba Yuzu-Shochu
- 110ml sparkling wine (Cava, sparkling wine, Prosecco or similar)

Pour both ingredients into a glass with ice cubes, stir gently and enjoy.
