"Ao Udisan" - an Awamori-Shochu alliance

Awamori, Okinawa's traditional spirit, is perfect for cocktails. The black koji, which is always used in Awamori, provides exciting aromas and subtle umami notes. In combination with rice shochu, chestnut liqueur and a few dashes of the brand new craft cola shochu from our producer Oyama Jinchichi Shoten from Ibusuki, which was kindly sent to us as a sample, the result is a great explosion of flavor in the mouth. Alternatively, the whole thing also works with a few dashes of Angostura Bitter.

For the "Ao Udisan" you need:
- 4cl Udisan No Sake Awamori
- 2 cl Kumaken Kome Shochu (rice)
- 1 cl Dover Maron liqueur
- 2 cl Vermouth white
- 5 Dashes Craft Cola Shochu.

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir the contents for about 30 seconds and strain into a tumbler.
