"Iki Beach" - coffee and roasted flavors at their best

Iki Island is the birthplace of mugi shochu, i.e. shochu made from barley. This tastes extremely special and delicious here. In combination with our sugar-free Awamori Coffee Liqueur, red vermouth and rum, the fine roasted aromas of Kakuzou Shochu from Iki Island come together to create a delicious overall picture.

For the "Iki Beach" you need:

- 4cl Kakuzou Shochu

- 3cl Havana Club 7 Years

- 2cl Awamori Coffee Sango Liqueur

- 2cl red vermouth, e.g. Antica Formula

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake well. Then strain into a cocktail glass. Kanpai!
