Tan Taka Tan Gin
Tan Taka Tan Gin is based on the success of the famous Tan Taka Tan Shochu. These words are familiar to pretty much everyone in Japan. Made with red shiso (perilla) from the town of Shiranukacho on Hokkaido, Tan Taka Tan Shiso Shochu has absolute cult status in Japan.
Tan Taka Tan Gin is also made with red shiso. A further 5 botanicals are also used, including orange peel and angelica root. Tan Taka Tan Gin is extremely refreshing and special and a great gin in almost any situation! The shiso flavor is used very subtly and intelligently.
The great, square bottle design is a real eye-catcher. This gin is supplied in a stylish gift box.

HIKIMI Kuromoji Shochu
New from us: The HIKIMI Ushou Morinoka Shochu is an absolutely aromatic specialty! It is made from kuromoji. Kuromoji (Lindera umbellata) is a deciduous shrub from the laurel family that grows in the forests of Japan, where it is often used to extract essential oils. Its leaves and bark have an extremely refreshing scent. Recently, kuromoji has also been used in Michelin-starred cuisine in Japan and France. This shochu was created as "The Forest Liqueur".
To produce HIKIMI, barley is first enriched with kuromoji in the first mash (moromi) and then distilled once using vacuum distillation. This brings out the flavor of the kuromoji, also known as fever bush, particularly well. Initially, there is a slight sweetness before the scent of the forest fills the mouth. The ethereal finish is long and expansive.
This special shochu tastes particularly good on the rocks or with soda or tonic, and of course also as an ingredient for exciting cocktails.
Hime Yuzu Umeshu
Hime Yuzu Umeshu is the perfect symbiosis of delicious umeshu and fresh yuzu fruit. With an alcohol content of 15%, it is an ideal aperitif, but also very suitable as a dessert wine. Umeshu is made exclusively with white kaga ume from Gunma Prefecture. This special variety is particularly suitable for making the traditional Japanese liqueur.
At 15% by volume, Hime Yuzu Umeshu is wonderfully refreshing and should be enjoyed chilled. It is also very suitable for mixing with soda (1:1) and as an ingredient for fresh cocktails. As an aperitif or dessert wine, this Umeshu is an ideal accompaniment to food. The bottle is very elegantly designed and is ideal as a gift.
