Mugi Negroni: It doesn't always have to be gin!

The Negroni is an extremely popular cocktail from the aperitivo family and looks back on over 100 years of history. However, gin does not always have to be the alcoholic base for a Negroni to taste good. The Negroni is also great with shochu. The ratio of the three components - in this case Mugi Shochu (barley), red Vermouth and Campari - remains the same as in the classic.

Ingredients:

- 3 cl Aya Selection Shochu

- 3cl Campari

- 3cl red vermouth

Preparation:

Stir all the ingredients over ice in a mixing glass, strain and enjoy.
