Kankitsurui - more citrus is (almost) impossible...

There are countless citrus fruits in Japan, such as amanatsu, hassaku, mikan mandarin, Buddha's hand or the very good acquaintance, the yuzu. The "Kankitsurui" is a gin-based cocktail that is based on Sakurao Gin Original alongside yuzu and kumquat liqueur. This contains various types of citrus and oranges as botanicals. More citrus in a glass is hardly possible.
For the Kankitsurui you need:
- 3cl Sakurao Gin Original
- 1.5cl Yuzu Rocks liqueur
- 1.5cl Dover Kinkan liqueur (kumquat)
- 1cl Grand Manier
- 1cl Red Vermouth
- 1cl Simple Syrup
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
