Jun 20, 2025
Kuromoji (Lindera umbellata), also known as fever bush, is an evergreen deciduous shrub from the laurel family that grows in the forests of Japan, where it is often used to extract essential oils. Its leaves and bark have an extremely refreshing fragrance. HIKIMI Shochu brings the full power of kuromoji into the bottle. Combined with sakura liqueur and kumquat liqueur, the result is a fruity, tart drink with depth.

- 1.5cl Dover Sakura liqueur
- 1.5cl Dover Kinkan liqueur
