Dover Matcha Liqueur

Kofukuro Shochu

This shochu is something truly special: Kofukuro Shochu is made from roasted barley and roasted barley koji (mugi shochu). This combination is unique, and you can really taste the difference. The manufacturer, Kenjou Co. Ltd, has patented its special production method. Kofukuro features subtle notes of coffee and chocolate, paired with light roasted aromas. A shochu that delights with every sip. 



Tagasago Ginjo Sake

Takasago Ginjo Sake is a crisp sake that is extremely easy to drink. Produced with Yamada Nishiki rice from Shizuoka and groundwater from Mount Fuji, it features an elegant aroma and a fresh, dry taste. Its silky texture and rich umami distinguish this exceptional sake. Its savory flavor makes it the perfect accompaniment to cooked fish or rich dishes. It should be enjoyed well-chilled.
