The Housen Nami no Oto Junmai Sake is a Koshu Sake (aged/matured) with a rice polish level of 65%. It is a bottle-aged sake that is stored for two years at a temperature of -5℃. This makes it particularly complex. It scores with earthy, nutty and spicy notes. You can taste aromas of mushrooms, wood and hazelnut. It also has intense umami notes. It is made using 100% local Manamusume rice from Miyagi Prefecture. Aged sake is rare even in Japan.
