Hime White Peach Umeshu

White peach and umeshu in a dangerously delicious combination: the Hime White Peach Umeshu brings together the unique taste of white peach with the pleasant acidity and sweetness of ume. With an alcohol content of 15%, this umeshu is an ideal aperitif, but is also very suitable as a dessert wine. Hime White Peach is made exclusively with white kaga ume from Gunma Prefecture, a special variety that is perfect for making Japan's most traditional liqueur.

The Japanese love their white peaches (Momo), they are a very special kind and cannot be compared with our peaches. Japanese white peaches are very large, the flesh is white, they are beautifully sweet and particularly aromatic The Hime White Peach is produced using only natural ingredients by the Hitachi Sake Brewery in Hitachi City in Ibaraki Prefecture. The alcoholic base is a rice shochu, while the carefully selected fruit comes from Kaga Ume. The intense peach flavour harmonizes extremely well with the fine acidity of the ume. The individual aromas are very well balanced and leave behind subtle sweet and sour notes of ume and white peach.

Der Hime White Peach Umeshu ist mit 15% vol wunderbar erfrischend und sollte gekühlt genossen werden. Er eignet sich auch sehr gut dazu, mit Soda (1:1) vermischt zu werden, sowie als Zutat für frische Cocktails. Als Aperitif oder Dessertwein ist dieser Umeshu ein idealer Begleiter zum Essen. Die Flasche ist sehr elegant gestaltet und ist ideal als Geschenk. Vor dem Öffnen gut schütteln. Ablagerungen am Boden sind vom Weißen Pfirsich möglich. Dies beeinträchtigt in keiner Weise Geschmack oder Qualität dieses Produkts. Nach dem Öffnen sollte die Flasche im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden.
