Sake / Sparkling Sake
Sake has centuries of tradition and cultural history in Japan and is always made from rice, koji rice and water. The flavors are extremely diverse, over 500 different flavors has this wonderful drink. The term "sake" is actually used in Japan as a collective term for alcoholic beverages. Sake as such is called "Nihonshu" in Japan. The term rice wine is common with us, but factually incorrect, because sake is brewed.Â
