More pineapple in a bottle is simply not possible: Okinawa Fruits Club Pineapple is pure pineapple flavor. At 12% alcohol, it is pleasantly light and fruity and has a balanced sweetness. Okinawa pineapple is one of the most famous specialties from Japan's southernmost island of Okinawa. The alcoholic base of Awamori Pineapple is the famous Kura Awamori, produced by the Helios Distillery. The marriage of this delicious and slightly tart spirit with the sweetness of pineapple is a stroke of genius from the distillery.

Okinawa is located 640 km south of the rest of Japan and is known for its subtropical climate. Okinawa therefore offers the best growing conditions for tropical fruits. The archipelago is famous for its pineapples, which are absolutely delicious and are shipped from here all over the country. Nago, where producer Helios is based, is also home to the famous Pineapple Park, which offers fun for the whole family and lots of information about pineapples.

The Okinawa Fruits Club Pineapple is a delight both straight and on the rocks, and is also suitable for refining cocktails and desserts or for mixing with prosecco or sparkling wine, for example.

About the manufacturer

Helios Distillery, founded in 1961 in Nago on Okinawa Honto, the main island of Okinawa, is one of around 50 Awamori distilleries in Okinawa Prefecture. Although it is very young for an awamori factory (some distilleries on the islands date back to the 19th century and are still in operation today), it produces a wide range of products. In addition to Awamori, matured in classic ceramic urns, steel tanks or wooden barrels, the company also produces rum from regional sugar cane, craft beer and fruit specialties such as the Okinawa Fruits Club. From the very beginning, Helios' concept was to produce spirits primarily from local ingredients from Okinawa. The town of Nago, where the distillery is based, is known for its high-quality water. This is certainly one of the reasons why Helios' products are so tasty.
