Spritz through spring: conjure up your Spritz with our delicious liqueurs

Refreshingly light, sparkling and easy to make: the Spritz is still very much in vogue and is the drink of choice on warm days or as an aperitif. A Spritz always consists of a white wine or sparkling wine such as Prosecco, sparkling wine or cava, a liqueur and mineral water. There are virtually no limits to the individual combinations. You can also conjure up a delicious Spritz with sparkling sake. We present a few drink ideas here.
Sakura spritz
You will need:
- 40ml Dover Sakura liqueur
- 150ml white wine (dry)
- 20ml sparkling mineral water (preferably soda)
Ume-Spritz
You will need:
- 40ml Kaga Umeshu
- 150ml sparkling wine (dry), e.g. Cava
- 20ml sparkling mineral water (preferably soda)
Yuzu spritz
You will need:
- 50ml Yuzu Rocks
- 130ml sparkling sake, e.g. Hana Awaka
- 20ml sparkling mineral water (preferably soda)
