"Sakura Winter Bloom" – A touch of lightness in the glass

For anyone who wants to treat themselves to a moment of lightness in the middle of winter : even when the air outside is cold and clear, this cocktail brings a delicate hint of cherry blossom to the winter season. "Sakura Winter Bloom" combines the depth of aged rum with the elegant freshness of rosé vermouth and the delicate, almost poetic floral notes of Dover Sakura liqueur. A drink that warms you up and at the same time lets you dream of warmer days.

Ingredients:

- 4 cl Bacardi 8 Years Rum
- 3 cl Belsazar Rosé Vermouth
- 1 cl Dover Sakura Liqueur
- 2 dashes rhubarb bitters

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over plenty of ice. Then strain into a cocktail glass.
