"Kabo-Shu" - a delicious drink with kabosu and shochu

If you like yuzu, you will love kabosu: Kabosu is a Japanese citrus fruit that looks like a lime, is related to yuzu and has a taste somewhere between lemon and blood orange. Combined with kokuto shochu, i.e. shochu made from brown sugar, it makes a delicious drink that is quick and easy to mix.
Ingredients:
- 5cl Sato No Akebono Gold Shochu (Kokuto)
- 2.5cl Kabosu liqueur
Preparation:
Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass over ice, strain and enjoy.
