11 new products in our store

We have 11 new products in our store, including two shochus, a rum, three more professional bar liqueurs from Dover (Azuki Bean, Yomogi, Kumquat), a new gin, an Umeshu, two new sakes and the Yamazaki Soda Water from Suntory, our first non-alcoholic product.

Our new rum comes directly from Okinawa: Santa Maria Gold is an agricole rum that matures for 2-3 years in former whisky barrels. It is very mild and round with fine fruity notes. A dream for every rum lover.

Our two new shochus come from Kumamoto Prefecture and are genuine Kuma shochus. Kuma is a WTO-protected geographical region like Bordeaux in France or Bourbon in the USA. All shochus from there are made from rice. The Kuma region on Kyūshū is blessed with particularly pure water thanks to the Kuma River. 

The JIN7 Series 00 comes from Ibusuki, Kagoshima Prefecture. Producer Oyama Shoten is an innovative shochu producer that now also makes great gin. Gin fans can rejoice: with our next delivery, the second gin from Oyama, which has just been launched in Japan, is also coming to Germany. The JIN7 Series 01 comes with other great botanicals, including Daidai, the Japanese bitter orange.

There are three new products from Manzairaku Sake Kura to discover, namely the Kaga Umeshu, of which we have long had the sparkling version (Kaga Sparkling Umeshu) in our range. We now have this in two sizes - 300ml and 720ml. And two new sakes, the Hakusan Junmai Daiginjo and the Ishikawamon Junmai Sake. 

Our first non-alcoholic product is "The Premium Soda From Yamazaki" made from 100% natural water from Yamazaki, the hometown of the legendary Japanese whisky. The same water is used for this premium soda as for the famous Yamazaki whisky, which has long been considered one of the best whiskies in the world. It goes perfectly with Japanese whisky, of course, but also with other fine highballs, for example with shochu.
