 
                  Kumamoto Castle Sake is a Junmai sake with a rice polishing degree of 65%. It is produced exclusively with local rice from Kumamoto. This Junmai-shu impresses with its mineral and dry character and goes well with a variety of dishes such as artichokes, seafood, poultry and aromatic cheeses such as Manchego and Emmental.
