The magnificent Matsufuji is a blend of matured and freshly distilled Awamori and is particularly mild and deep. Produced in Kunigami on Okinawa, also known as the island of centenarians, on the basis of rice that has been fermented for a particularly long time. Awamori is Okinawa's traditional spirit, which is always produced from rice and black koji.
