Kumquats originally come from Asia. The Dover Kinkan liqueur has a great balance between sweetness and acidity. The skin and flesh are processed, whereby the skin tastes rather bitter-sweetish, the flesh slightly sour. As an ingredient for cocktails, this liqueur harmonises perfectly with other citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit. Kinkan Liqueur is versatile and was developed by Dover not only for the professional bar scene but also for the production of pastries, sweets and desserts. The Dover Kinkan liqueur is with 25% vol. very gentle and mild and is of course also suitable for pure drinking. The black bottle combines the light protection for the high-quality bottle contents with an elegant design. The rear-mounted handle ensures excellent handling in professional use.
