Dover Azuki Liqueur

Azukis originally come from Hokkaido. They are used in a variety of ways in Japanese cuisine, but are of course best known for the deliciously sweet filling of typical Japanese pastry specialties. Dover Azuki liqueur captures this aroma, with a taste somewhere between chocolate and nut. It makes great cocktails, for example based on barrel-aged spirits such as rum or whisky. The Azuki liqueur is versatile and was developed by Dover not only for the professional bar scene, but also for the production of pastries, confectionery and desserts.
