Dover liqueurs and sparkling wine - a dream relationship

Dover Bar liqueurs can be used in a variety of ways. Sophisticated cocktail recipes are just as possible as the quick number. In this case, the combination of Dover liqueur and sparkling wine.
Simply infuse the Dover Sakura liqueur with sparkling wine (1:10). Here it is Prosecco. But it also works with sparkling wine, cava, champagne or sparkling sake.
All other Dover liqueurs also harmonize perfectly with sparkling wine. Just try persimmon, shiso, azuki, ginger or kumquat.
