Pineapple power! This cocktail is a real fruit bomb

Setsugoro Sake Kasu Shochu is made from Daiginjo pomace, and the rich and fruity flavors of the sake are passed on to the shochu. The taste is extremely fruity, with notes of ripe pear, pineapple, melon and banana. Paired with our Awamori Fruits Club Pineapple Liqueur and Omoya Gin, which focuses on the strong taste of yuzu, the result is a real fruit bomb.
You need:
- 3cl Setsugoro Sake Kasu Shochu
- 2cl Omoya Gin
- 3cl Awamori Fruits Club Pineaaple
Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass until cold, strain and enjoy.
