Midori Mezcal - Agave at its best

Mezcal is right on trend, no question about it. The agave distillate is characterized by a beautiful, smoky note and can be fantastically combined with fruity liqueurs. As in this case with the Kanade white peach liqueur and Midori melon liqueur.
You need:
- 3cl mezcal
- 2cl rum
- 2cl Midori melon liqueur
- 2cl Kanade white peach liqueur
- 3 dashes cherry bitters
Stir all ingredients over ice, strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.
