Kanomori Gin from Yomeishu is an absolute firework of flavors. It is not for nothing that Kanomori means "forest of flavors". The botanicals include unusual representatives such as kuromoji (fever bush), a laurel plant that is often used in Japan to extract essential oils. The result: an extremely round and mild umeshu with a complex and intense taste. Only benisashi ume is used, which is rich in amino acids and minerals and has a lovely umami flavor.
