Chef-Sache 2019: The cooking avant-garde meets in Düsseldorf!

On September 29 and 30, Chef-Sache will take place in Düsseldorf and we will be there! For two days, everything will revolve around the culinary arts in the Schmiedehalle on the Areal Böhler. All the top names in gastronomy will come together on these two days. Star and celebrity chefs will share their expertise in panel discussions and presentations. Knowledge transfer is also offered in accompanying master classes: Current topics are conveyed here in workshops, tastings and product demonstrations. Over 100 top-class exhibitors will also be presenting their trends and product innovations. At our stand you will be able to taste our large, expanded Shochu selection. As shochu is an ideal accompaniment to food, we will be sharing tips and tricks on food pairing. Of course also in relation to western cuisine.
